The Case of Tavon White and the Baltimore City Detention Center Scandal
In this Case, I will review the facts surrounding Tavon White whom was then commander of the Black Guerrilla Family (BGF) while locked up in the Baltimore City Detention Center. During his time there he was able to run the jail facilities with the help of guards and continue his criminal enterprise of drugs. All information was gathered from news articles and court documents.
